Can You See the Results of Prayer Within Hours?

Earlier today, I posted “Dear Praying Friends”. This was an update of where we are as a church and a request for my praying readers to join us in prayer. I have no doubt that some of you prayed and God began to work.

I went out a few hours later to handle some things for church as I usually do on Fridays. My first stop was to a place I had contacted as a potential place for worship. I knew that it would probably not be conducive, but I sensed the Holy Spirit prompting me to meet the lady who operates it anyway. I’m glad I did. She was able to tell me about a contact that just may be the answer to this prayer.

Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving”

(Colossians‬ ‭4:2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬).

  1. Praise God that He has no limitations. Not limited by time, space, or any expectation. It is exciting to watch the wonders God performs and hear the testimonies of His glory.

  2. Oh Pastor Matthew, God has answered my prayers so beautifully, I give Him Praise. I prayed for men with a burning love for the Lord to come into our church and stand beside my husband as he battled dark personalities. the following week, a former wonderful pastor came and eventually three more pastors joined our church. We didn’t simply want members – we wanted
Godly Believers who longed to project Truth!

We needed families with children in our church and I pleaded with the Lord to send them. the very next week, A lovely woman came in and behind her traipsed 12 children!!! That wasn’t all of them, her husband was at a Bible Bee with 3 others. they have indicated they will join in a couple of weeks. A few weeks later I prayed again for families and another family with 7 children came in a few weeks later and keep coming back.

YES, I firmly believe God answers prayers, especially specific prayers. May He be praised, 🙂 Now, I need help with a couple of trouble makers, I’m praying for of to soften their hearts with a loving. Please pray for us, thank you as we endure a bit of testing.
