This Blog Is Coming to an End

Dear Blog Readers,

As things are taking a different shape in my different, I have had to re-evaluate my writing ministry through this blog. God has used it in great ways in my life and the lives of others. For that, I am thankful. I want to break down some of the reasoning and share the future of what ministry will look like for me.

  • Time does not allow me to write nor interact with other bloggers as I once did. Interaction is key in the blogging world.
  • I cannot financially afford to keep the domain. I may return to a free option in the future, but this is best for now.
  • I need to direct my attention to some areas of my life that have been neglected for quite a while as well as some new areas I’m passionate about.

This is a bittersweet decision. For those of you who have transitioned from other blog sites, etc., I would love to hear from you. I will continue to keep this blog up and running until October 25 and will continue to post while it’s paid for.

I encourage you to connect with me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or by email.

  1. It’s amazing how journeys come and go. God uses it all! Save what you can. I know it may be a lot but some bloggers I’ve heard haven’t been able to get back their posts so if you haven’t started saving, you might want to go through and save posts you’ve really enjoyed!! Take care! God bless you! I doubt this is over!! Just another adventure.

  2. Matthew, You are wise to follow whatever God leads you to do. Please do not feel bad.
You will be thought of and missed, but will also be a leader to those who God may very well be leading to do the same.
What’s important is YOUR relationship with the LORD! The makes me think on the hymn Only Trust Him in reading your post. I will continue to pray for you, your wife and family, and ministry.
God loves you, Matthew! And He always will! ❤

  3. We will certainly miss you in the blogging community and will miss your insightful posts! But I am confident that God is using you wherever you are and wherever you go! You truly are a blessing to many. May God bless you beyond all that you can imagine!

  4. Matthew, we all go through different seasons in life. I have enjoyed reading your blog but know that God has many wonderful things ahead of you. You will be missed. Abundant blessings!

  5. I am so sorry that you’re leaving but totally understand. My life has also taken a turn leaving me little time to blog and no time to interact with other bloggers. Even though you will be missed by many here, God has great things planned for you that will touch many more. May we all be as courageous to follow Him where He leads!

  6. You will be missed! I’ve enjoyed your blog but I don’t get interact much either because of work and a very busy life but when I do, I always read your blog. Blessings in your future Matthew.
